At TruWill, our mission is to provide quality second-hand items at affordable prices to our customers. Veterans and first responders will get an even more substantial discount, and free items. We are also committed to reducing waste and promoting sustainability through recycling and upcycling.

Our Mission
TruWill was established in 2024 by Kristen Bazell RN BSN. Kristen has been a first responder- Trauma/ER/ flight nurse for many years and currently works in Hospice. Kristen's partner, Tommy, is also a first responder and a veteran paratrooper for the Army. Together they recruited a group of enthusiastic volunteers! TruWill accepts new and gently used items so that veterans, first responders and others can purchase them at a very low cost. Today, we continue to operate as a nonprofit organization and rely on donations and volunteers to keep our store running.
